EIGHTTWENTY is a South Pasadena collection of boutique residences, that offer a fusion of Contemporary and Spanish Colonial-inspired architecture. The three styles of living in this collection, flats, townhomes and penthouse suites, are reflected in the mark’s three interlocked circular shapes. For the print collateral and business suite, a custom mat foil and fifth color were created for the signature and scalloped tile background, all printed on the warmth of Mohawk’s white superfine eggshell. The website features a robust mapping of South Pasadena’s schools, parks, shopping, dining, entertainment and community events.
